Well, if there’s some breast enhancement, either it’s a real neat job or this hotel heiress has been able to conceal it well! Some people presume that because she’d gone in for a nose job and a tummy tuck, she’d have gone in for a breast enhancement too. But that’s being too presumptuous, don’t you think?

Well, let’s give the benefit of doubt to the lady, since she’s alleged to have sworn off ever having cosmetic enhancement and has even termed it gross.
