But, then how were her boobs popping out of her Julien MacDonald dress she wore? Well, maybe it was some clever shading or some serious padding. This stands to reason, because just the day before, she'd modeled the same dress on Julien's catwalk at London Fashion Week and her cleavage wasn't so impressive.

Even Paris herself denies having breast augmentation, though she’d been quoted in Elle magazine saying, "When I was 13, I really wanted a boob job because all my friends started to have boobs and I was the only one who looked like a boy." So, when she asked her mega-rich hotel magnate father, Rick, for a boob job, he refused stating "it would cheapen my image". Well, as things stand, her boobs might be intact, but we can’t be too sure about her image, can we! To press home the point, a little birdie told us that Paris Hilton actually loves her tiny breasts, because she feels they're sexy. She doesn’t even envy bustier women.

So, what actually pointed towards Paris having gone in for a boob job? Seen those pictures of her famous nipple slip? Well, those who were able to get their eyes off her nipple and explore the rest of the breast found it to be enlarged. Even the pictures of her arriving at the Brit Awards showed a pronounced cleavage. Well, if there’s some breast enhancement, either it’s a real neat job or this hotel heiress has been able to conceal it well! Some people presume that because she’d gone in for a nose job and a tummy tuck, she’d have gone in for a breast enhancement too. But that’s being too presumptuous, don’t you think?

So, what’s the last word on Paris Hilton’s boob job? Well, let’s give the benefit of doubt to the lady, since she’s alleged to have sworn off ever having cosmetic enhancement and has even termed it gross. But pray tell us, why she had to share the same plastic surgeon with her mother for the nose job!
